The School Garden program is accessed by most of our students on the main campus (at Northcote) and the Croxton students attending the Thornbury High School TLC program. Our Multi-age students are involved in the horticulture program by maintaining the school garden at the Austin Hospital School.
Students are not only gaining skills and experience in caring for the school gardens but are also developing the qualities of teamwork, a good work ethic, and a genuine enjoyment of the recreational and therapeutic benefits of gardening.
