Meet our new OT

Karlene Bond is an experienced occupational therapist within the disability field. She has spent her career working in clinic and school-based settings helping children with disabilities reach their fullest potential.

The areas of support that Karlene can provide include, but is not limited to: Fine motor skills, gross motor skills, functional daily living skills, self-regulation skills, assisting with challenging behaviours, sensory processing skills, organisational skills, joint attention and play skills.

Karlene enjoys getting alongside children and helping them reach functional goals that are highly meaningful to them. She takes a holistic approach that encompasses the child’s unique skills, their surrounding environment and overall goals.

Karlene is eager to make a difference in the lives of the students at Croxton school and is keen to work alongside the existing support and teaching staff, and will be working on Mondays and Tuesdays.
